Introduction

It also forces local law enforcements to upgrade the investigation and prosecution mechanism to combat crimes across the board. The NCTU Law School offers various courses such as white-collar crime and corporate governance to analyze the issue from different perspectives.
      • The NCTU Law School enhances an overall introduction and understanding of business law and criminal law in the US, Europe and Taiwan. From the comparative law analysis, students see a whole picture of the business world and learn how to do the legal risk management.
